Ryu, a founder of RealWorldUX, who takes on various UX consulting works and helps UX students, is a skilled and creative user experience designer and leader with a successful history of leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver engaging UX designs – physical and digital – that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction. Ryu proactively works on UX consulting works for his client companies. He works very closely as part of client companies’ multi-disciplinary teams, listens carefully to what users, customers and his team members have to say, then turns those voices into tangible user experience designs to help solve their problems.

Ryu is passionate about helping aspiring to-be-UX designers finding their ways to become successful. He participates in the Mentor Coalition at University of California Santa Cruz, HCI Graduate Program, and mentors some of their graduate students.
