Destiny animation

Destiny animation defined an overall animation framework and guidelines for Destiny Design System. Based on the Destiny UX principles, the goal was to create a subtle yet effective set of animations that were realistic and feasible. Animation durations were also defined as design tokens so that front-end engineers could leverage those from exported json file.
