    Client: InOrbit, Inc.
    Year: 2021
    Engagement: UX design, user research

InOrbit is a startup who provides RobOps (robot operation) software platform that allows customers to manage multiple robots across various robot vendors from a single UI.  However, InOrbit had an outdated product UI compared to the competition, and needed to revamp the overall look & feel, so that it can give a modern, cutting-edge impression to its prospects as the leader in the RobOps space.

    Final design

The final design was created based on the UX principles to help users quickly scan important information so that they can understand issues and take corrective actions accordingly to their robot fleets.

    UX principles

Ux principles were defined based on an understanding of the user problems, painpoints, and what was important from a user's perspective when they used the platform to address their robot issues. UX principles connect all the design details and an overall product design including the front-end implementation.
